There are many ways to make blood in Blender. This method uses a grunge map (search on Google or download from Textures.com) and is easy to do. The result may not be perfectly realistic but integrated into a scene, it can pass as obvious blood. • (I should add that you might want to experiment with Subsurface Scattering in the Principled BSDF node and turn on Screen Space Reflections in the Render Properties.
