Use a salt spray as a pre-styling treatment or finishing product to add instant volume and texture to your hair. This is a super-simple and cheap DIY to make your own sea salt spray. • Ingredients and how to below. • ________________________ • YOU WILL NEED: • A plastic spray bottle - http://amzn.to/1KXUNzY • 1 tablespoon of sea salt - http://amzn.to/1Gux7Pv • 1 tablespoon of melted unrefined or organic coconut oil - http://amzn.to/1KXV3yM • 1 tablespoon of hair gel - http://tidd.ly/84eba0c1 • 1 cup of warm water • You can also add a few drops of an essential oil to add a scent. I'm using lemongrass - http://amzn.to/1GuAZQC • ________________________ • METHOD: • 1. Half fill the plastic bottle with warm water. • 2. Empty the bottle into a mixing bowl or measuring jug. • 3. Dissolve the salt in the water. • 4. Pour the salt water into the spray bottle. • 5. In the mixing bowl/ measuring jug, mix the coconut oil with the hair gel. • 6. Add the mixture to the plastic bottle and shake. • 7. Top up the plastic bottle with warm water and shake to mix. • 8. Add a few drops of essential oil (optional) and shake. • 9. You're done.
