Literally it's the added red pepper flakes that is sauteed in olive oil with minced garlic and chopped onions. This delicious sauce can be used in lasagna, pasta bakes or poured over your favorite type of noodles. We used this sauce to make our Lasagna Style Baked Ziti recipe. • What you'll need: • 1 to 2 T. olive oil • 1 T. crushed red pepper flakes • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced • 1 small to medium onion, chopped • ½ C. white wine (or chicken broth) • 2 (15 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes • 2 T.
