Log in to your TikTok account and hit the plus button on the main toolbar. • 2. As soon as the camera screen opens, click on the button in order to record a video and tap the gallery icon in the bottom-right corner and upload a video from your camera roll. • 3. Find the voiceover icon on the right-hand side of the screen and press on it. • 4. Tap and hold the button in order to start recording your voice. • 5.
