✔ To get Scuba gear, you'll either need to find a Dinghy, or a Submarine. For the Dinghy, it can spawn at multiple places, but the video shows at least one 1 place. If it's not there, come back later (sleep at your safe house), or dying may also work. Once you enter the Dinghy, simply exit for the Scuba gear. • For the Submarine, you'll first need to purchase the Sonar Collections Dock for $250.000 which will become available after completing the The Merryweather Heist main mission.
