Grind these dry ingredients for a smoother texture. In the melted cacao butter, incorporate 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract along with the agave syrup. Gradually add the dry mix into the wet ingredients, stirring vigorously to avoid graininess. If the mixture feels grainy, grind it in food processor until it achieves smoothness. Cool the chocolate to 88°F; temper by stirring part of the chocolate in a pre-frozen bowl, then recombine. Pour and let it set.
