Full recipe available at https://sodelicious.recipes/recipe/St... • INGREDIENTS • 2 red onions, minced • 12 ounces (340 grams) beef tenderloin • 2-3 garlic cloves • 1 tablespoon capers • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard • 1 teaspoon shredded horseradish • Salt • Pepper • 1 teaspoon olive oil • Chives • PREPARATION • Mince the red onion. • Place the beef on your working surface. • Use a sharp knife, thinly slice the beef and then mince it. • Add the chopped garlic in your mortar. Add the capers, Dijon, horseradish, season with salt and pepper. Pour the olive oil and crush everything. • Mix the meat with the red onion and Dijon sauce until smooth.
