How Tire Balancing Beads Work by Checkered Flag Tire Balancing • https://4tirebeads.com • Checkered Flag Best Tire Balancing Beads • We are proud of our product and feel we have the best tire balancing beads on the market. Balancing beads are a topic of conversation and each day, more and more people are talking about how happy they are with the results. Internal balancing started in the 70's with truck drivers using metal balls to balance their tires. Soon, it was discovered that the metal would rust and damage tires along with the rims. Internal Tire Balancing has gone through several different forms of media over the last 40 years, but none are as well suited for the job as the type of beads we sell today. Our beads will not cause damage to the tires or rims and are not affected by moisture like the sand, powder, plastic and metal balls products. • With more than a decade in the Tire Balance Bead business, we consistently and diligently work to provide a superior product and excellent customer service. We understand you have many options to choose from when it comes to buying balancing beads for your tires, with many price ranges to choose from, and various types of materials. We wholeheartedly believe we offer our customers one of the absolute BEST materials for tire balance beads possible, at a fair and reasonable price. • When it comes to choosing your materials that will go inside your tires, you need to consider a few factors: lead and steal tire beads will damage your rims; materials made of sand, powder and very small plastic beads will work well until you get a bit of condensation or moisture in the tire. With a layer of moisture, these materials will stick to the inside of the tire and will no longer work. You will then be required to open up the tire and remove these products to fix the issue. • There are glass beads out there and I really do not think I need to go into WHY, you should not put glass into a tire, so I will leave it there. Our Tire Balancing Beads are made of a STRONG Ceramic Compound that WILL NOT hurt your rims and WILL NOT be affected by a layer of moisture in the tires. Our product is also TPMS safe, which many other tire bead products are not. • When it comes to pricing, we offer the BEST PRICE on this type of tire balance beads and stand behind them when we say, They WILL NOT hurt your rims, they are TPMS safe and they WILL last the life of your tires . PLEASE call or email us to ask ANY questions about our product. • Hello Folks, Greg Arend here with Checkered Flag Tires again. Today I want to explain to you in the most basic of terms how the tire balance beads work. I don’t want to get into copy right issues over fancy illustrations or fancy animations okay. It’s just not worth my time. What I will do is take my little Sharpie and I’m going to do it in a very simple manner that hopefully nobody will have any issues with okay. Let’s cross our fingers, here we go. Sharpie, paper, when the tire beads start to move and we’re under 30 miles an hour that’s kind of a rule of thumb, a generality. Sometimes the tire balance beads start to work a little sooner or sometimes they start to work a little later than 30mph. It depends on the car, the tire, the balance situation the whole thing but under 30mph the beads are going to spread around the tire nice and evenly okay. You’re not going to hear this, you’re not going to feel this you don’t have to worry about that. I get a lot of questions all the time about, hey am I going to hear these beads and the answer no you’re not going to hear them. Over 30 mph the heavy spot moves up faster and harder with more Force than the rest of the tire of course which creates the vibration okay. The tire beads resist this vibration and start to move away from it okay. What you end up with is this, the tire beads move to a point opposite the heavy spot, no vibration. That’s it and when the vehicle comes to a stop the balance beads fall wherever they are and the process starts all over again, every time you leave a stop sign or stop light okay. Not a big deal, anyway that is explained in like I say the most simplest of terms. There is a mathematical equation out there that’s huge, it was like a paragraph long I won’t even try to explain it because I’m not a mathematician. So I’m just going to leave it at what I just showed you and hopefully that’ll work for you and if it doesn’t, that’s fine, give me a call, email me, it’s alright. I’m here and I’m ready to talk. All right folks that’s it for this short little explanation of Tire Balance Beads, you guys have a great day.
