Dry aged steaks are absolutely delicious! They are super tender and have a wonderful flavor. Today I dry aged a 13 pound Choice grade roast for 35 days. • All you need to do to dry age at home is to seal your Umai dry age bag with your roast, and place on a wire rack in your your refrigerator, and dry age.
