Ingredients: • 1 kg of floury potatoes • 150 ml milk or milk sweet cream (unsweetened, pure) • 30-50 g butter • 12 g of salt • Preparation • Peel potatoes and put them in cold water. • The mashed potatoes I use are floury and not watery. • When you have peeled all the potatoes, wash them and put them in cold water. • Salt the water with about 7 g of salt.
