I hope you like this recipe. We think it's delicious! It might help that we produce all the (main) ingredients ourselves, of course... • People in Ireland have eaten this for centuries - although when times were tough, probably without the bacon (milk was often used instead). • Is it necessary to say that all the ingredients are boiled until cooked?
