The #pollo alla cacciatora is a typical second course of Tuscany. A very simple and succulent recipe that will appeal to the whole family! • Subscribe to the channel: https://tinyurl.com/8px5zvkh • The recipe and the procedure can be found below and in the first comment. • Ingredients for 4 people • ● Chicken thighs n.4 about 800gr. • ● Carrots 2, Celery 2 stalks, onion 1 • ● 2 garlic cloves • ● A few stalks of parsley (optional) • ● Chopped parsley to taste • ● chilli n.1 • ● Pitted Taggiasca olives gr. 50 • ● Red wine dl.1 • ● Salt pepper to taste • ● Tomato puree gr. 500 • ● Extra virgin olive oil to taste • ● 1 sprig of rosemary, a few sage leaves, 1 bay leaf, chopped parsley to taste • METHOD • ● Finely chop carrots, celery and onion and brown them in extra virgin olive oil, add the chicken cut into regular pieces and also brown it very well, add salt, pepper, chilli, sage, rosemary, garlic and blend with the red wine, when the wine will have evaporated, add the olives and the tomato puree, cover and cook over low heat for 30/40 minutes, adding water or broth if needed. • Once cooked, add the chopped parsley and serve. • #chickens #polloallacacciatora #second dishtasty #carnwhite #coscedipolloallacacciatora #carrots #beat #olives • ___________________ • FOR ALL TASTES, the official channel of Fortunato D'Alessandro, a chef who has always been a great lover of cooking.
