Easy peach cobbler recipe with fresh peaches. • Peach Cobbler Recipe: https://www.petitegourmets.com/recipe... • #recipe #dessert #peach • INGREDIENTS • 1 cup of all-purpose flour • 1 pack of active dry yeast • 2/3 cups of lukewarm water • 2 egg • 500 grams of peach • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter • 1 cup of powdered sugar • 3 tablespoons of milk • 15 oz yellowcake mix • DIRECTIONS • Preheat your oven to 350 °F. • Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. • Measure out 2 cups of the cake mix. The rest will be used for the crumble topping. • Take a mixing bowl and add the cake mix, along with the flour and yeast. Stir until combined well. • Then pour in the lukewarm water and stir well until incorporated. • Add the eggs and stir well. The batter must be lumpy. • Spread the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Hold on to your patience here. This will take you a minute to do the task as the mixture is stretchy because of the yeast. • Pour both cans of pie filling on top of the cake batter. Try to lay out the filling very evenly. • Take another bowl and combine the rest of the cake mix with the butter. It should be clumpy. • Then sprinkle this mixture over the pie filling. • Bake at 350 °F for about 45-55 minutes. The topping should appear slightly golden brown. • Let the cake cool for about 10 or 15 minutes. • In a bowl, combine powdered sugar and milk. • Make sure to go slow with this step. Take a smaller amount of milk and then add more until it gets a perfect consistency. • Drizzle the icing all over the top of the cake. • Cut into slices and serve it.
