Cuisinart Griddler, model GR 4NP1, has reversible non stick cooking plates that can be used in 5 different ways. The grill side has raised ridges to allow grease to drain from food like steak or burgers into the removable drip tray. The griddle side is smooth for food like pancakes or bacon.
