Please check out Patreon.com/cookingwithkirby • If interested in product reviews or video inquiries, please contact me at [email protected] • Chicken Marsala Recipe: • Mushroom Marsala Sauce • Finely chop ½ cup of parsley • Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic • Slice 4 oz of mushrooms • 5 tbsp butter (3 for Sauteed Mushrooms and 2 for sauce) • ¼ cup of Marsala wine • ¼ cup of Whole milk or Heavy Cream • 1tsp of flour • Salt and Pepper for Season • Use 3 tbsp of butter to oil the pan, once butter is melted add your mushrooms, garlic and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and Sautee for about 5 mins. Once mushrooms are cooked, remove from the pan and add another 2 tbsp of butter to melt. Gradually add 1 tbsp of flour into the pan constantly whisking. Once evenly whisked, add ¼ cup of Marsala wine, sautéed mushroom mix, and ½ cup of milk or heavy cream. Mix well and simmer till the sauce thickens up. • Battered Chicken • Trim the chicken breast and fillet in half • Batter mix consists of 1 cup of flour, 1 tbsp of salt, ½ tbsp. of black pepper, ½ tbsp. of garlic powder • In a frying pan, heat the pan to medium heat and oil with Olive oil. • Lightly coat the chicken with a season batter • Cook the chicken breast 4-5 mins with the lid on. Flip and cook for another 4-5 min with the lid on. Make sure to use a thermometer to check the internal temperature of the chicken is 175 degrees. Chicken should be golden brown. • Mashed potatoes • Skin and chop your potatoes into sections. Boil until tender to mash. Once done, mash the potatoes and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and add 1 tbsp of butter and a little milk to make creamy. • Lay down a layer of the mashed potatoes, place a chicken breast fillet right one top.
