How to Create an Organism in Biospheres TerraGenesis Tutorials

So you have the basics of Biospheres down and have reasonably terraformed your world to allow it to support life. Perf! Now it's time to create your personalized organisms for your whole new world. Here's how: • Ensure your world is reasonably terraformed enough to sustain life (plant-life habitability or higher). • Research and build one one of the following: Automated Nursery, Ecosimulator, and/or Zoological Society. • Once you have available slots, you can begin creating organisms. To count towards your terraforming efforts, we are emphasizing the terrestrial organisms over aquatic organisms. Start by tapping the Biosphere button. • Once there, go to the right side to create a terrestrial organism. In the Earth example, there are organisms that already exist, so we will begin with a terrestrial plant. • Please choose which kind of plant you'd like to create. • After that, please choose three traits that would suit the kind of world you have. For example, cold-adapted would help organisms on colder worlds, and fruit-bearing would help boost your population. • After choosing three traits, take a look at the health portion on the right to ensure your organism is as healthy as possible. The scale is between 0 and 1.00. (If that scale is confusing, think of it as a percentage.) • Once you are satisfied with your organism, tap Create Organism • Name your organism -- you can use one of our pre-generated names or make your own. • And voila! Your organism has been created!
