Preheat your oven to 425F. • 2. In a bowl mix 1/2 cup Parmesan and 2 tbsp ranch seasoning. • 3. Coat your chicken in the egg wash then your Parmesan mix. • 4. Bake for 30 minutes (until internal temp reaches 165F. • 5. In a pan over medium low heat, mix the rest of your ingredients and let cook for a few minutes. • 6. Reduce heat and stir until it thickens. • (Add extra broth if it is too thick) • 7.
