A lot of people like to gamble, and many people like to bet on the negative thing happening. ⛔ • So let’s take housing. 🏠 • There have been a lot of pundits and crazy YouTubers and doom and gloomers that are banking on a housing market crash. Here’s why this is unlikely to happen. • Right now, we have a huge imbalance of available buyers, people who have their hand up saying “I want to buy a home” to the tune of about 4.5 million that are imbalanced with the amount of inventory or homes available to choose from. 🏠 • So as long as these numbers remain so out of whack, there’s no way that prices can suddenly invert. Even if you were to suddenly pick up the pace of available inventory hitting the market each year, it still won’t keep up.
