YO! Who's go?! Thrill me! • This was, by and far, the longest and most effort I ever put into one of these restoration projects. You can definitely tell the Baron got some extra lip service with the amount of work, such as new timer assets and more! • First off, this is the US/UK release of Nightmare II. If you watch this and wonder why some things are different, you're not crazy! Some of the timings on when the Baron appears are different, the dance scene at the 50 minute mark was shortened down, and the last 10 minutes were completely reshot (More than likely some slight censorship due to the Baron's eyeball hanging out in the original). • If I ever get an Australian release tape, I'd love to remaster that one too! • The font was recreated from scratch with a few embellishments (So as not to copy the original exactly), and is a real thing you can download for free here (Keep in mind it's ONLY numbers): https://www.mediafire.com/file/ex6rpp... • The EKG line was also recreated using some Flash and video editing trickery! It doesn't follow the original exactly, but it also stays in place (More on that in a second!) • Here's some fun trivia for this tape: • -The US/UK release shows the original purple timer from the Australian release at 00:00 to 01:02, then switches over to the same one used in the first Nightmare tape. It's such a strange oversight, but I managed to fix it with some editing trickery. • -When the new timer starts up, it's actually desynced from the original by a whole half a second! Sneaky Baron! • -The EKG line moves all over the place! Instead of attempting to match it throughout the original tape, I kept it in place the whole time. You'll only see the original line in a few choice scenes where the Baron half fades in. • -The US/UK release also doesn't speed up the EKG line for the last minute, so I kept it the same here, although I did add something fun for when the timer runs out. • And that's it! Thanks as always to everyone that follows this account and is patient in-between uploads! Sad to say that this may be the last one for a long time, as I don't have access to any other Nightmare/Atmosfear tapes.
