This life saving skill is critical if you know anyone with known allergies that affect their breathing. Epipen use is simple, just grip the pen with your dominant hand with the blue cap pointing to the sky. Remove the blue cap and place the orange tip against the victims thigh and push down hard until you hear the Click. Then remain holding the pen in place for 3-10 seconds. Check directions on the pen. Then call 9-1-1 if not already done.
