Miff Hendriksen shares a more traditional aquafit workout that starts with a cardio segment and finishes with upper body, balance, core and a wall stretch. Taught linear (non-choreographed), the cardio segment features 14 moves - taught 3 times. The moves can be performed stationary (small pools) or traveled (larger pools).
