Alexanderwerk Inc is located in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alexanderwerk AG Germany. Alexanderwerk AG was established in 1885 and has been designing and manufacturing pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and chemical equipment since 1945. Our core business is in roller compaction, size reduction and granulation, grating/ shredding, and moist granulation equipment and systems. • • Alexanderwerk Inc. has been present in the U.S. since June 1993, and we purchased a 16,480 SF facility in Montgomeryville PA in 2018. Our new facility features an analytical lab, two test labs, a non-GMP toll processing lab, a knowledge, training and seminar space, a full scale repair center, spare parts for immediate shipment, and of course our ready to collaborate staff. The test center is equipped with a full range of instrumented equipment allowing for dry granulation capacities up to 400kg/hr (882lbs/hr) depending on your material properties. Our large scale production units can be setup with a fines recirculation system. Utilizing our Combi-Vent feeder system, the system continuously blends both raw and fine particles ensuring homogenous processing and no yield loss. • • Our extensive expertise in plant design and continuous processing lends to development of project specific solutions to fulfill the requirements of even the most challenging applications, e.g. pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products, silica, valsartan, battery mass, toner, CBD Isolate, fumed silica, etc. just to name a few. Our design and development philosophy ensure your product development and commercialization activities can be easily scalable.
