3M produces a family of thermally conductive adhesive tape, the 8810 series. This series of transfer tapes is designed to create a preferential heat-transfer path between two objects, typically a heat generator and a heat sink or other cooling device. As a pressure sensitive adhesive , there is no need to go through a heat cure cycle to achieve a high quality bond and thermal interface.
