BEEF NOODLES 🍜🥩 • Weeknight Dinner: 700 calories 58 g protein per serving! • Full recipe makes 3 servings ⬇️ • Noodle Sauce • 1/3 cup soy sauce • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1 tsp cornstarch • 1 tsp peanut butter • 1 grated clove of garlic • 1 tsp honey • Beef Noodles • Add 600 g of stewing beef cubes to a mixing bowl and add the following • Salt and black pepper to taste • 1 grated clove of garlic • 1 tsp baking soda (to tenderize the beef) • Let rest at room temp for 30-60 mins • Once rested, spray a large non stick pan (or even better a wok) with neutral oil and set to medium high heat and add the beef in • Sear beef for 3-4 mins on each side or until it browns nicely • Mix around for 1-2 mins then transfer out of pan into a bowl • Respray pan with neutral oil and add roughly sliced bell pepper, 4 finely chopped cloves of garlic, and the whites of 4-5 green onions and sautee for 2-3 mins • Add 280 g cooked egg noodles and beef and mix/toss for 30 sec • Add all noodle sauce around the edges of the pan/wok and mix/toss for 1 min or until noodles are fully coated with sauce • Turn heat off and add finely chopped cilantro and greens of 4-5 green onions and mix well to combine • #mealprep #food #foodie #highprotein #lowcalorie #healthy #noodles #noodlerecipes #beefnoodles #stirfry
