Carnivore Diet 12 month Update: Building muscle mass while very low carb. In this video I talk about my experience over 12 months on a carnivore diet. W... • In this video talk about the three things that you must make sure you do consistently on a carnivore or keto diet to gain lean mass. Those things are: • 1.) Put in enough time. Building muscle mass and increasing strength take time. Neither one happens quickly outside of in new trainee. • 2.) You can gain muscle in a calorie deficit. Whether or not that amount will be appreciable depends on how much body fat you have to lose. The leaner you are the harder this becomes. If you want to gain total body mass and muscle, you will need to make sure you are doing #s 1,2 and 3, and then eat more if still not gaining.
