Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. • Take the sweet potatoes out of the oven and allow them to cool. Peel the potatoes from the skin and throw the skin away. In a medium-size mixing bowl, add the sweet potatoes, and your eggs, butter, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, nutmeg and 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, and whip until incorporated. • Add the evaporated milk a little at a time until the filling becomes loose, after that pour the filling into a pie crust. • Preheat your oven 350 degrees • Take the remaining of the evaporated milk, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar and added to a saucepan. heat on the stove until the sugar is dissolved. Now take a small brush and based the mixture on top of the pie filling. Try to smooth out the top of the pie also. • Place your pie in the oven and bake it for 50 minutes or until the pie is firm to the touch. • Now remove your pie from the oven and allow it to cool down slightly before eating...
