Learn How To Make Chenna Murki by following this easy recipe. • View more recipes at : http://www.meenakshiskitchen.com • Like my facebook page : http://www.fb.com/meenakshi.kitchen • Also, subscribe to my youtube channel : / meenakshikitchen • Ingredients : • 1) Paneer (cheese) 200-250g • 2) 1 cup sugar • 3) 1 spoon milk • 4) Cardamom powder • Procedure : • 1) Cut paneer (cheese) in small square shaped pieces. • 2) For sugar syrup, take sugar in a pan. • 3) For 1 cup sugar, take less than half cup water. • 4) Mix it well. • 5) Now, add cardamom powder along with 1 spoon milk in the syrup. • 6) After the syrup is ready, add squared pieces of cheese or paneer in it. • 7) Keep mixing and dissolving until sugar dries up completely (at low flame) and becomes powder. • 8) Once it has dried up and all the paneer (cheese) cubes have been coated completely, Chena Murki is ready to be served. • Hope you liked this recipe! :D
