French Press • Start lying prone on a flat bench with your feet placed firmly on the floor hip-width apart. Hold the barbell at full extension over your chest area. • Movement • Keeping your upper arms stationary, flex your elbows to lower the bar towards your forehead. Pause for a second and then return the barbell up to your starting position. Perform as many reps as necessary for the desired results.
