Flatten your dough into a rectangle whose short end is slightly shorter than the length of your loaf pan. • Fold the dough halfway back and use a flat open hand to make a seal. Don’t be shy about using pressure! You need to press firmly with your hand to make the seal. • Pull the outer corners to the center and use a flat open hand to make another seal.
