Authentic Andhra food evariki nachhadu? • Flavourful, spicy and from the Telugu states, this recipe is a must-try if you love Fish. • Ingredients: • 250 grams Anchovies/Nethallu • 1 tsp Mustard seeds • 1 tsp Cumin seeds • 1/4 tbsp Fenugreek seeds • 1/2 cup Onion • 3 Green chillies • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste • 1 Tomato • Salt (As per taste) • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder • 1 tsp Corriander Powder • 1 tsp Garam Masala • 1 cup Tamarind water • 1 cup Water • Curry leaves • Procedure: • 1. In a pan, take some oil and fry mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds. Once they are tempered, add onions and green chillies, and stir fry until the onions turn slightly golden brown. • 2. To this, add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and mix it well. Add salt and cover the pan with a lid and cook the tomatoes for 5 minutes. • 3. Now, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and give it a nice stir. Add tamarind water, water and curry leaves to this mixture and cook it covered for 5 minutes. • 4. Lastly, add Nethallu or Anchovies to this mixture and simmer cook it for 10 minutes. • 5.
