How I Start and End Thread Cross Stitch

How I start thread: • 1. Loop Start • This is the best way to start thread for me. • 2. Start with pin stitch • I start this way when my thread can't do loop start. • I put needle 2 stitches away from where I start, to make sure that have enough length not to over pull. Then do pin stitch once to secure thread. • How I end thread: • 1. Pin Stitch • 2. Hide thread under stitches on front side • I end thread this way when I can't find a space to do pin stitch. • I learned this method from videos of a Russian stitcher (Юлия Неминская). It's a brilliant way to end thread. • 3.
