Please keep in mind this is used to rank JUST the cursed techniques not the users of the techniques. • Power: This refers to the raw power a technique gives a user, regardless of the conditions. This criteria was used created first because this is a ranking list based on combat. • Versatility: A good cursed technique must be usable in any circumstances. Without versatility, raw strength doesn't matter, as the technique can be easily subverted if it cannot adapt to different battle grounds. • Drawbacks: This criteria acted as a subtraction when ranking. There are a lot of cursed techniques that are good but have some limitations or some sort of condition to use. I felt it was important to take these drawbacks/conditions into account and this was the easiest way to do that.
