CAD/CAM fabrication of an onlay with Grandio blocs on tooth 24 of a 28-year-old patient. • The polymerized Grandio blocs set new standards with their far above-average material strength. With 86% filler content, they are the most highly filled in their class. The biaxial flexural strength also achieves values that are otherwise only found in silicate ceramics, with the Grandio blocs also being more antagonist-friendly.
