A total of four rodeos are usually held during the week to determine which ranch team will take the world championship back to the ranch with them. However, Amarillo CCP virus restrictions limiting the number of spectators led to the addition of two additional rodeos so that pre-sold tickets could still be honored. • In March of 1995, a group of people from across the western United States created the Working Ranch Cowboys Association.
