Victoria Sponge Cake Eggless: • This Eggless Victoria Sponge cake is an absolute treat - It consists of supremely moist eggless vanilla sponge cake. Filled in is a gloriously luxurious clotted cream made freshly at home and topped generously with homemade strawberry jam. • You can use store bought clotted cream if it's available where you live. As I live in Mumbai, we don't get clotted cream here. So I made my own using heavy cream.
