Sometimes, one of the gifts of change is realizing we still have a ways to go. It doesn't mean we need to do it all in the first year. It just means we need to intentionally keep taking steps forward. • ***I'm Cathy McLeish, an alcoholic who drank every day, all day long. I've been sober for over 38 years and I hope to never forget my past. The pain I lived through, and the pain I caused others to experience is the strongest incentive I have to live another day sober. • So, how can I help you understand more about alcoholism?
