Crack and remove shell and rinse. Slice in half and empty the yolk into a mixing bowl. Mix together all ingredients for filling and fill egg whites. • For Bacon: Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line baking sheet with wire rack and add bacon. Place in the oven for 10 minutes and then flip. Flip every 5-10 minutes or until bacon is 75% of the way done . Mix together glaze ingredients with whisk and then coat each piece of bacon evenly during the last 10 minutes or so of cooking time. Once bacon is crisp and candied, remove to a plate and chop to top your eggs.
