If the problem persists, replace it with a burner that fits your model. Close the shut-off valve on the propane gas tank. Remove the cooking grate and the flame tamer from the top of the damaged burner. Pull the cotter pin out of the back of the burner. Remove the burner mounting screw. Pull the burner back and up to release it from the manifold and remove the burner. Push the new burner into the manifold. Reinstall the burner mounting screw. Reinstall the cotter pin. Reinstall the flame tamer over the burner. Reinstall the cooking grate. Open the valve on the propane gas tank.
