In Colossians 3:16, the Apostle Paul instructs the church to, “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.” • The Church should make it a point to sing songs worth singing—heavy on the Psalms, as well as the great hymns, especially those that have stood the test of centuries.
