Originally assembled on March 3, 1976, this 1976 Corvette is LOADED with factory options, and is in very nice condition as well, with TONS of recent parts. This car's paint looks to be very recent, and is in very good to excellent condition with a stunning, mile-deep shine. According to a printed card that is included with this vehicle's documents, the color is Chrysler Candy Apple Red. Original paint code is 70, and the original interior code is 692. Exterior additions to this car include a 78 Pace Car style front spoiler, and a custom rear bumper with integrated hi-rise 78 Pace Car style rear spoiler. Exterior door handles look to be recent, and are in very good to excellent condition with no rubbing or finish issues. Taillights look to be recent, and are in very good to excellent condition with no cracks. Weatherstripping looks to be recent as well, and is also in very good to excellent condition with no signs of rot. This car wears a set of rally wheels, which are in good condition, wearing what look to be recent trim rings and center caps in very good condition. Tires are Firestone Firehawk Wide Oval raised white letter, and show nearly full tread depth remaining at an average of 10/32nds tread depth in the front, and 9/32nds in the rear. The interior of this 1976 Corvette shows recent leather seat covers in very good to excellent condition, and recent door panels in very good condition. Loop style carpet looks to be recent, and is in very good to excellent condition; dash pad is in very good condition with no cracks. Seatbelts are recent and in very good condition, and the gauges are in good condition with minor fading and good condition lenses. Original '76-only steering wheel has been replaced by a tasteful polished 3 spoke unit with wood rim, and uses a Corvette horn button. Center console is recent, and in very good condition. Original radio has been replaced by an older Pioneer CD stereo. A woodgrain kit has been installed for the center gauges and shift plate. The numbers matching engine in this 1976 Corvette shows original casting date February 2, 1976, and final assembly date February 26, 1976. Correct carburetor, intake manifold, exhaust manifolds, and ignition shielding are in place. Other additions to this car include a pair of Pacesetter mufflers, chrome Edelbrock valve covers, chrome water outlet, and braided heater hoses. Air conditioning blows nice and cold, and the frame is solid and rust-free. Included with this car will be all records since 2009. This car has been fully serviced, and all instrument gauges, lights, turn signals, brakes, engine, transmission and rear-end are all in good operating condition.
