This is a old school hand crank meat grinder. I used one like this before making hamburger and sausage. It works well. Drop your meat in the top and crank the arm. You have 3 different discs you can load on front to get different textures. Great for processing game meat. Keep this in your cabin or bring it with you in the field. It has some weight to it.
