How to make the FLUFFIEST cake ever

INGREDIENTS • 2 eggs • 4 egg yolks • 190g (1 cup) of sugar • 190g (3/4 cup) of butter (melted) • 260g (2 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour • 16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder • 60g (1/2 cup) of almond flour • Powdered sugar • METHOD • 1. Add the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar in a bowl and start mixing with the electric mixer. Add the melted butter, and almond flour, sift the flour and baking powder, and mix with the spatula to combine. • 2. Pour the mixture into the cake mold (20cm - mold size) and level it up with a spatula. • 3. Transfer the cake to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes. • 4.
