You have to try this Aloo Gobi (Potato and Cauliflower Curry) Recipe! It pairs so well with some roti or naan! #shorts #aloogobi #indian • Ingredients • ⁃ 1 tbsp of ghee • ⁃ 1 tbsp of cumin seeds • ⁃ 3 dried red chillies, whole • ⁃ 1 small red onion, sliced • ⁃ 1 tbsp of turmeric • ⁃ 1 tbsp of chilli powder • ⁃ 2 heaped tbsp of Greek Yoghurt • ⁃ 1 cup of hot water • ⁃ 2 medium sized potatoes, chopped • ⁃ 1 small whole cauliflower, cut into florets • ⁃ salt, to taste • ⁃ 1 tbsp of garam masala • ⁃ fresh coriander, to garnish • Method • 1. Add some ghee to a pan • 2. Once the ghee melts, add cumin seeds and dried red chillies • 3. Add the onion and sauté • 4. Once the onions start turning translucent, add the turmeric and chilli powder • 5. Add Greek yoghurt and mix • 6. Add water and stir to combine • 7. Add the chopped potatoes and cauliflower • 8. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes or until the veggies are pretty much cooked • 9. Season with salt • 10. Add garam masala and mix on high heat • 11. Garnish with fresh coriander • 12. Enjoy!
