Clear the “Jam Rear,” error on your Brother MFC-L2710DW printer with this video tutorial • Intro 00:00 • Let the machine cool down 00:10 • Remove 2-sided tray 00:20 • Open back cover and fuser cover 0:30 • Close fuser cover and back cover 00:50 • Reinstall 2-sided tray 01:00 • Transcript: • Today we are going to clear the Jam Rear error on your Brother MFCL2710DW. • Before working on your Brother machine, please allow it to run for 10 minutes to allow the fan to cool the internal parts. • Turn to the back of the machine and remove the 2-sided tray. Check for any paper jammed under the machine and remove. • Next, open the back cover. Verify that the green envelope levers are locked into the upward position. Then open the fuser cover by grabbing the Blue levers on the left and right side and pulling them towards you. Remove any jammed paper in the fuser unit by gently pulling with both hands. • Close the fuser cover. Now close the back cover.
