NHM Assam Signs MoU to Ensure Healthcare Facilities at the Grassroots

In a bid to ensure that the citizens in the far-flung areas of the state get access to the healthcare schemes of the state, NHM Assam has signed an agreement. Sanjeevani - the Village Health Outreach Program aims at screening, referral, follow-up and free medications. Management of lifestyle diseases like Diabetes and Hypertension, chronic diseases like TB and Asthma and minor ailments will be undertaken.
