The anthem of the second longest-running educational institution in the Western hemisphere, Manning's School is built on the familiar Irish folk tune the Londonderry Air . The lyrics which inspire a deep sense of patriotism for school and country were written by the late legendary Vice Principal Lewis Austin Prescod. Perfectly titled, Dear Manning' School , the sentiments of this love letter is cherished by every blue-blooded alumna wherever they may be. • This demonstration was voiced by Ms Garshel KELLY, former Corporal of the Manning's School Cadet Unit, member of the Manning's Chorale, Vocal Signet and Deputy Head Girl (2017-2018). Her voice is accompanied by the fledgling Cadet Chorus with music arranged and sequenced for the indomitable Manning's Chorale (2008).
