Replacing a Tie Rod End is very similar on most vehicles and these instructions are going to be almost identical on many different cars. This is an easy replacement job. My Tie Rod End had maybe 1/8 movement in the ball joint part of the tie rod. It was causing a loud clunking noise whenever I turned the steering wheel in any direction. After replacing it, the noise is gone and the steering response is restored. I did not replace the passenger side, the boot was in good shape still and it did not have any play in the joint. • If you replace this and are still having problems, you may need a new rack-end bushing if you have a manual steering rack. In my other video where I replace a steering rack, I show you where the rack end bushing is and have the part # listed there also. • This process will be identical on any 1988-2000 Honda Civic and any 1990-2001 Acura Integra. • Help Support my channel, purchase decals here - https://garagebuilthondas.bigcartel.com • Send me stuff here! • Jon Widmer • PO Box 13594 • El Paso, TX 79913 • / jon_widmer • Thanks for watching
