How to clean the AC condenser unit outside. Is your outside AC unit really dirty or perhaps you feel like your air conditioner is not cooling as good as it used to? In this video I show you how to wash down your condenser AC unit. The key pointers are: Turn thermostat off before hosing it down and do not use too much pressure as that will bend the coil fins. When the coils outside are plugged like that, the unit has to work harder, costing you more money.
