Cooking a Steak from Shokugeki no Souma Chaliapin steak was the inspiration for making this dish. Trying to do more anime cooking. What we used was rib eye steaks and Rice. For seasoning there were various but its mainly up to your preference. For the sauce scallions,red wine, 2 table spoons of butter, soy sauce and thats about it.
