There were no signs of the seasons of Voice of Nepal and Nepal Idol while choosing an idol among the crowd of ten thousand music lovers. We are proud when we remember the moment when Sankhuwasabha Idol was discussed in the media like Nagarik Dainik and Kantipur Dainik rather than Nepali Tara-1 and Voice of Pokhara, which were said to be biggest music competition at that time. We have great respect for Amar Srasta Khemraj Gurung, Musician Mahesh Khadka, Singer Rima Gurung and Lyricist Kumar Vibhahit, who contributed significantly to bring Sankhuwasabha Idol to this height a decade ago. Also, we would like to respectfully remember the contribution of senior musicians Suresh Adhikari, Mahesh Khadka and singer Nisa Deshar while conducting season-2 in 2071. • Due to the devastating earthquake of 2072, the corona epidemic of 2076 and the growing economic recession, it was a reality that we had to wait for almost a decade to organize Sankhuwasabha Idol Season 3.
